1. What products do you sell?

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. We only accept online prepaid payments through UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
3. How can I pay for my order?

4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
5. How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking details. You can also track your order through your account on www.quickgloby.com.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India.
7. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, but only if:
- The item is defective or damaged on arrival.
- You received the wrong product.

8. My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@quickgloby.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
