1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
  • To cancel, email us at support@quickgloby.com with your order number.
  • Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • An item is missing from your order.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase and photos of the issue must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Clearance, sale, or special offer items (unless defective).

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email support@quickgloby.com with your order number, description, and photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on availability and your preference.
