1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The product is missing parts or accessories as described.

Note: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Toys, puzzles, or home décor items damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase.
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless defective).

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@quickgloby.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference and product availability.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting us at support@quickgloby.com.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
